Relaxed rental living in a homely environment

Enjoy life in a fully updated, functional home

SATO owns several buildings in the same complex in this cohesive, quiet and comfortable neighbourhood close to the city boundary with Espoo. This enjoyable, child-friendly area of low-rise buildings features lush grounds with plenty of places to play. The buildings are named after characters in Aleksis Kivi’s classic Finnish novel Seven Brothers; the buildings at Piispantie 5 are called Timo (building F), Toukola (H) and Lauri (K). Building H was completed in 1993, the other two in 1964. Living here means you can enjoy the grounds that have been fully upgraded yet retain their 1960s ambience!

The F and K buildings are renovated fully in 2022–2023, with the apartment surfaces, kitchens, domestic water system, water and drain pipes, electrical system and heating pipes all replaced. The apartment layout designs underwent slight changes to upgrade them from the 1960s to today’s requirements and to make them even more functional. The property is heated with geothermal energy. The apartments have centralised mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery and cooker hood boosting. The exterior of the building also received a new, light and fresh look that is in harmony with the other properties in the area.

Apartment-specific storage units, outdoor equipment storage rooms, baby carriage storage rooms are located in the basements. Both buildings also have a laundry drying room, and a shared sauna and laundry rooms.

Property’s car parking spaces are outside which are ready to be equipped with slow-charging points for electric cars. 3 car parking spaces are ready to be equipped with fast-charging points for electric cars. There are also plenty of bicycle parking spaces.

An independent council of the best specialists of the broad field of sustainable production and consumerism chose this building to be added to the Osta vastuullisesti (Buy sustainably) website for it's sustainable lifestyle and options from the standpoint of a relative sustainability.
